    This brand new Cosy Nook is a felt haven made for your pet.¶ÿ Inside a durable felt body sits a zippered, fully washable, woolly topped mat. Felt is a hard wearing material, ideal for use in pet bedding.¶ÿ Itƒ??s even fully collapsible and is easily moved as it comes with a carry handle on the back. Pets who like to hide away in their own comfortable space will love this cave.¶ÿ

    The Cosy Nook is available in two sizes ƒ?? small & large. The small size is suitable for cats and small dogs.Whereas the large is ideal for medium dog breeds (or smaller breeds who like to share). The small size even fits snuggly inside an Ikea cube.

    The body of our Cosy Nook can be easily brushed off to keep it clean.If the need arises it can be hand washed with a damp cloth. Add a couple of drops of lemon or vinegar (they act as natural disinfectants and odour eliminators) to cold water and wipe down as required. We advise keeping this felt out of harsh temperatures (hot or cold) for it to perform at its best.¶ÿ
    Do not dry clean. Do not bleach. Do not iron.¶ÿ

    Cover: Warm machine wash 40c. Do not bleach. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Cool tumble dry.¶ÿ

    Foam: Spot clean with warm soapy water as required. Do not iron. Do not bleach. Do not dry clean.

    Order Confirmation:

    As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorised your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorisation and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

    Order Shipment:

    If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@everydaypets.com.au

    Damages:

    Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to returns@everydaypets.com.au and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

    Cancellations & Refunds:

    All orders cancelled for change of mind are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has been shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges, plus the original cost of shipping. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. There will also be a restocking fee of $20, which is a warehousing cost.

    If you place your order with Afterpay there will be an 8% extra charge that is not refunded to you. Afterpay does not reimburse us their commission.
    Paypal and Credit card will not have fees held back other than the administration fee and restocking fee.

    We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online.  If you find another online store that offers a lower price then us within one week  of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference.  We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering.  If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within one week of your purchase date will refund the difference as well.
